- Your order is processed & shipped each Monday and Friday because....Hey we have day jobs! Orders are sent via USPS First Class postage. You should receive your order within 5-10 business days from the date you ordered.
- Please note that all shipping timeframes are merely "estimates" by USPS. Unfortunately, there are no guarantees for delivery dates, even when Priority shipping is purchased.
- Tracking information is sent via email once your order is processed.
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, Kith & Whim accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.
We will gladly accept returns within 30-days of order date on any unworn, unwashed, unused product(s), that are neatly folded and in original packaging. (Before returning, please make sure it is an eligible item - guidelines are below.)
If you would like to make a return, please submit a return request with your Order # on the "Contact us" tab on bottom left of Website so we know it's on the way. You need to wait for an email response with address in order to ship item. Your refund will be issued in the original payment method, less shipping costs.
Kith & Whim accepts shipping on damaged or defective items if reported via "Contact us" tab on bottom left of Website within 7 days of receiving. All other return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Discounts on Kith & Whim markdowns/sale items will be final. No exceptions, unless defective. (For example, using a 15% off discount code to purchase an item that is marked down and noted with the "Sale." icon.)
Because sizes and styles sell out very quickly, we recommend placing a new order for the size you would like. You can follow the instructions above to return the original item(s) which will then be refunded upon receipt.
Any damaged items must be reported via "Contact us" tab on bottom left of Website within 7 days of receiving. Return shipping cost will be covered.
